Shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australia wide, however is free for all orders over $100.
At Bed Buddies we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible after receiving payment.
Your order is packed in discreet packaging, with no reference to Bed Buddies.
Below are our expected shipping timeframes, however on the rare occasion we may not be able to achieve this, we will contact you to confirm you still wish to proceed with the order.
We ship products from our three warehouses in Melbourne, so some orders will be split with two tracking numbers, depending on the warehouse location of the products you order.

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship outside Australia.
Please consider all purchases carefully, as due to the nature and potential use of the products sold on this site, refunds will only be considered if the products can be demonstrated to be unopened/unused. Refunds will also only be considered for a period of up to 30 days from date of purchase, and only after the faulty product has been returned to us. Refunds for items lost in transit can only be provided if Australia Post officially deem the item to be lost. Any refund will not include postage/freight costs incurred getting the replacement product to you, or to return the goods to our postal address in Australia. Any third party transaction fees incurred by Bed Buddies as a result of the purchase transaction and refund transaction, are at the expense of the purchaser. These include, but are not limited to, credit card fees, finance transaction fees such as afterpay and zippay, and any other costs incurred.
