How It Works
Found a lower price on the same product at another Australian retailer? Contact us at sales@bedbuddies.com.au with a link to the competitor's listing and we'll review it. If it meets the conditions below, we'll match the price and give you 10% off your next order as a thank you for bringing it to our attention.
Conditions
1. Same product The competitor's product must be the exact same item - same brand, same model, same style, and same size. Generic or unbranded alternatives don't qualify.
2. Not a sale or discounted price The competitor's price must be their standard retail price not a sale price, clearance price, or price achieved through a coupon, promotional code, or special offer.
3. Total price comparison The comparison must be based on the total cost including all relevant taxes and shipping charges not just the advertised product price. We compare apples with apples.
4. Australian retailers only The price match applies to Australian retailers only. International pricing, overseas shipping costs, and currency conversions are not included.
5. Your 10% discount Your 10% discount on your next order must be used within 12 months of your current purchase date.
How to Claim

- The product name and link to our listing
- The competitor's name and a link to their listing showing the lower price
- Your order details if you've already purchased
We'll review your claim and get back to you within 24 hours on business days.
