Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with Bed Buddies. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Orders and Availability
We aim to keep only available products visible on our website. However, from time to time orders may exceed our inventory quantities and we may be unable to complete your order. Should this occur, we will contact you promptly to arrange either a full refund or an alternative purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders we believe are fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
5. Payment
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Klarna, and Zip. Payment is processed securely at checkout. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse via StarTrack. Delivery timeframes and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Free shipping applies to all Australian orders over $75.
7. Refunds and Returns
Our refund and returns policy is outlined in full in our Refund Policy. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer change of mind refunds. Faulty products will be replaced within 30 days of purchase.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on bedbuddies.com.au including text, images, logos, and product descriptions is the property of Bed Buddies or our suppliers and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our site without prior written permission.
10. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. Colours may vary slightly from images displayed on screen due to monitor settings and photography conditions.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Bed Buddies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our products have a fault or defect, your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to our Refund Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
