Refund Policy

Please consider all purchases carefully, as due to the nature and intended use of the products sold on this site, refunds will only be considered if the products can be demonstrated to be unopened/unused. In the event that a product is, or becomes faulty, our preferred method of rectifying this for you is to replace the item.

Refunds cannot be given because you changed your mind, or didn't understand what you were buying. If you have questions about a product, ask us before you place your order.

Refunds will also only be considered for a period of up to 30 days from date of purchase, and only after the faulty product has been returned to us. Refunds for items lost in transit can only be provided if Australia Post / StarTrack officially deem the item to be lost. Any refund will not include postage/freight costs incurred getting the replacement product to you, or to return the goods to our postal address in Australia.

Any third party transaction fees incurred by Bed Buddies as a result of the purchase transaction and refund transaction, are at the expense of the purchaser. These include, but are not limited to, credit card fees, finance transaction fees such as afterpay and zippay, and any other costs incurred.
