We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $75.

Orders under $75 incur a flat rate shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Discreet Packaging - Always

Every Bed Buddies order is packed in plain, discreet packaging  usually a padded bubble wrap satchel. There is no reference to Bed Buddies on the outside of the package, no product descriptions, and nothing to indicate the contents.

Your delivery driver, neighbours, and anyone else who sees the package will have no idea what's inside. Your privacy is our priority.

All orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse via StarTrack with full tracking.

New Zealand & International Shipping

We ship to New Zealand and selected international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Missing or Lost Orders

Replacements for items officially deemed lost in transit by StarTrack will be arranged at no cost to you.

At Bed Buddies we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to sort it out for you.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your product arrives faulty or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it at no cost to you. Simply contact us at sales@bedbuddies.com.au with your order details and a description of the fault, and we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Replacements are processed once the faulty item has been returned to us. Return postage costs for genuine faulty items will be considered on a case by case basis - contact us first and we will work something out.

Unopened and Unused Products

If you've received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. We do NOT refund due to change of mind.

Change of Mind

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind under any circumstances — including unopened items. We strongly encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully and view all product images before placing your order.
