Key Features

• Interchangeable weights: four balls ranging from 20 g to 60 g offer options for a gradual training routine.
• Two silicone holders: includes single and double designs.
• Heart-shaped detailing: decorative cut-outs give the set its distinctive look.
• Free-moving internal weights: add a subtle moving sensation during use.
• Flexible retrieval cords: designed for easy removal.
• Smooth silicone sleeves: comfortable contact surfaces for insertion with water-based lubricant.
• Waterproof: suitable for bath or shower use and easy cleaning.

How to Use

1. Read the manufacturer's instructions and clean the set before use.
2. Begin with the lightest weight and the single holder, fitting the ball as instructed.
3. Apply water-based lubricant and insert gently, keeping the retrieval cord outside the body.
4. Practise gentle pelvic floor contractions with full relaxation between contractions. Follow the recommended session duration rather than wearing the weights for extended periods.
5. Progress only when comfortable. Stop if you experience pain, pressure or discomfort.
6. Remove gently using the retrieval cord, then clean and dry all parts.

If you are pregnant, recovering from childbirth or surgery, or experiencing pelvic pain or bladder symptoms, ask a qualified healthcare professional whether weighted Kegel exercise is suitable for you. This set is not a substitute for assessment or treatment.
