In the event that a product is, or becomes faulty, our preferred method of rectifying this for you is to replace the item.
Refunds cannot be given because you changed your mind, or didn't understand what you were buying. If you have questions about a product, ask us before you place your order.
Refunds/Replacements will also only be considered for a period of up to 30 days from date of purchase, and only after the faulty product has been returned to us. Refunds/Replacements for items lost in transit can only be provided if Australia Post / StarTrack officially deem the item to be lost.
